How to enroll

How to enroll at Hively Avenue Preschool

1.    Call the school office at 574-294-4022 to schedule a private tour.  All new families need to tour the building.

2.    Meet with the director, tour the building, and receive an enrollment packet.

3.    If your child does not attend the tour, schedule a time for him/her to come meet with the director.

4.    Complete both sides of the enrollment application.  You can download the form below and complete it prior to your tour, or a form can be provided from the office.

5.    Pay the $55 (non-refundable) enrollment fee via cash, check, or money order.

6.    Wait to receive an enrollment confirmation letter via the mail.

7.    Additional paperwork and snack fees will need to be paid and turned in prior to the first day of class.
